QibHome was founded on a simple belief: that buying, selling, and renting property should be an empowering experience — not a stressful one. Founded by Jonathan Clarke in the heart of Mayfair, we set out to combine unmatched local expertise with genuine care for our clients.
Over 15 years, we've grown from a single London office to a team of 80+ specialists operating across London, Manchester, and Birmingham. We've completed over 5,000 property transactions, guided thousands of investors, and become one of the UK's most trusted property agencies.
Today, QibHome manages over £2.4 billion in property assets and advisory mandates. But our culture remains unchanged: every client receives bespoke, attentive service from a team that genuinely cares about the outcome.

Priya leads our award-winning lettings division. She has managed over 2,000 rental properties and is known for her meticulous approach to tenant care.
Oliver Bennett
Oliver is our portfolio strategist, guiding high-net-worth clients through complex acquisitions. He has overseen transactions worth over £800m.
Amara Johnson
Amara is a RICS-accredited chartered surveyor specialising in residential and commercial valuations across the West Midlands.
Sophie Williams
